- Refund Policy

A refund can only be issued if the suit has not yet been fully paid off. The down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once progress on the suit has been started, a refund cannot be issued. In the case that you cannot continue to pay for the rest of your commission, you can only receive a refund on what was paid for other than the down payment.

-Deadlines

due to the amount of labor and other commissions, there will be no deadlines. A given time can be arranged to receive the order but that does not mean you will receive it by then.

-Design Flaws/Mistakes

If a design is missed or overlooked, it is your job as the commisioner to tell me. WIP images will be sent and you must look it over and approve it. Once the item is shipped, I, as the maker, am not responsible for any mistakes in the commission. The only exception is if there are any rips and tears in the suit. Then something can be worked out accordingly.

-Shipping

Currently I only ship within the United States so please keep that in mind before messaging me about a commission. This might change in the future but as of now, I do not accept commissions outside of the US.

-Ghosting/Inactivity

Once the commission is accepted and payment is given, I will start work immediately and order supplies. This meaning I will give updates and ask questions to you as the commissioner. If you are unresponsive and inactive for longer than 30 days, I will cancel the commission and no refund will be given. This is so I can go fourth with my other commissions. I am not a large company and cannot afford to wait around months for a response.

-Warranty

Once you receive your suit, you are entitled to a warranty for up to 3 months. This means that in that 3 month time period, any minor damages or flaws that appear anywhere from popped/loose seams, bald spots, or damage that is NOT caused by yourself, can be sent back for repairs. I will NOT repair damage that is caused by stains, rips or tears in the fur (not seams), or any sort of self inflicted damage on the suit.

Payment Methods

- Credit / Debit Cards

- Venmo

- Cashapp

- Zelle

-Delays

If there so happens to be any delays (ex: emergencies or mental health issues) please be aware that I will get back to your commission as soon as possible.

-References

For every commission, a reference is required. If I notice that you have ripped off a character or have claimed a character that does not belong to you, I will decline your commission. If I so happen to overlook it until in the middle of, or after the commission, you will not receive the suit or a refund. Character theft is wrong and will not be tolerated.

-Age Limit

Due to past troubles with minors, you must be 18 years or older to purchase a commission. If I have any suspicions that you are under that age, I will ask for some form of identification.

-Character Changes

After purchasing a commission with the price given from your quote, you may not edit/change your character. The only exception is if there is a minor mistake on the reference and it will not increase the value of the product.

-Character Limits

The following characters/costumes I will not create:

-copyrighted characters (ex. Sonic, Mario, Digimon)

-Fan Characters  (ex. Pokemon, etc.)

-exact copies of another persons suit/character

-Metalwork (scales, etc.)

- Armor

-Payment

If payment is not received within 48 hours of receiving the invoice without contact or reason, you forfeit your commission slot. So please inform me if there will be delays before I send the invoice.

-Payment Plans

I currently only offer up to 4 month payment plans. A down payment of 50% must be paid to secure your commission slot. This covers the material cost and your slot in the queue. Once that is paid, you will have up to 4 months to pay off your commission. Keep in mind that work on your commission will not start until the suit is fully paid off. A minimum of $200 a month is suggested to ensure that you are able to pay off your commission in time. Remember, the faster you pay off your suit, the sooner I will start work on it.
